Thanks for taking care of this, Milo.

Gheyret, I've noticed that on https://launchpad.net/~lp-l10n-ug there is
no information at all on the page.

Could you please add at least some brief info, e.g.

      * A welcome note with the purpose of the team
      * A note on how to join the team
      * Links to the team's existing communication channels (e.g.
        mailing list, forums, IRC channel, wiki, etc) 

as suggested on
https://help.launchpad.net/Translations/LaunchpadTranslators#StartingTeam?

This will help new translators wanting to join the Uyghur translation
effort to know ow they can start. I'd also suggest to write that in
Uyghur.

Do you think you could do that?
