Henrik,

That's not a bug, you shouldn't be able to rebuild the same source
version in different series within the same repository (the resulting
binaries will have different contents causing a name clash in pool).

In your case, that's even more harmful because you are also uploading
a new diff.gz with different contents, basically modifying a source
that has already built binaries in your repository.

So, by all means, your upload should not be accepted.
