At least it seems very urgent to restore the laucnhpad.net wiki, at least in
safe read-only mode.
 
Just to display correctly the FAQ, policy, and so on: the links on the
website are going to nowhere visible (only in raw wiki mode).

If such read-only mode is not implemented, this should be added (using a
separate server installation if needed), so that the normal server can be
serviced in case of problem, and used to display some status information
(edited from the Canonical hosting site)

Without this, it's impossible to find anything else thanjust this mailing
list, and this puts all hosted projects on hold without any returned
information about your current status and expected downtime and timeto
recover.
