Hello, It looks as though mail to the feedback@xxxxxxxxxxxxx address (and with it both help@launchpad net and info@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) isn't getting to the Launchpad team. If you've sent us mail to any of those addresses, I'm sorry that it appears we're ignoring you. I'm going to ask our sysadmin team to get things up and running again.
