At the moment there isn't any such flag, and I don't think we need one. If you file a bug against a project that uses an upstream tracker that has the plugin installed, the bug will automatically be forwarded upstream (though this functionality is not yet enabled; we want to test that the basics - syncing and so on - work properly before we start pushing bugs upstream). -- Graham Binns | PGP Key: 4DAD18FA
