They are useful to us in our projects (drizzle, libdrizzle, libmemcached, gearmand) but that's because we use them as part of our planning and workflow. If a project is not using blueprints in general, then filing a blueprint is not very useful. The same could be said though if that project isn't using launchpad bug tracking... Monty
