For the translation section, I would like to it to have the following
things:

-fuzzy matching
-the possibility to upload personal TM's
-a checking utility that checks that the strings being translated work
properly and do not mess up things (if strings do not make sense or
mess up things in that specific programming language or code then
Launchpad should highlight things). 
-The possibility to load personal glossaries or to have a general
Launchpad glossary with all the equivalent terminology.
-A specific dictionary for common code terminology
