I guess if you are letting the sort work on every other field
it would be easier to leave name in.

There are (at least) two bugs relating to this:

and
https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/894442

as per the screen shot I added on 24th December, it had got better
during the beta (and was marked fix released), but it seems to have
regressed on release.

What would be really nice would be if the columns worked more like
spreadsheet columns and let you size them manually.
