If name means title then it is useful for bugs that are reported by
apport and have a title generated automatically and may not be have
marked as duplicates by the retracer.

If name means "Package/Project/Series name" it is still useful if you
are looking at bugs for a milestone or series as they will likely be
about different source packages.
