Barry Warsaw has proposed merging lp:~barry/lazr.yourpkg/prepare into lp:lazr.yourpkg.

This is a fairly simple branch, no bug number.

It adds a prepare.py script at the top level that you can run to convert
lazr.yourpkg into say, lazr.smtp or lazr.enum.  IOW, it makes the generic
package into a specific one.  It works by brute force pattern substitution.
