Looks like we've done all that was on the TODO list for getting Federation
to work!

Thanks in large part to Jon's amazing LDAP stuff and Brett's image cropping
functionality. BTW, I've added your names to the appropriate files to make
sure your work is properly attributed :)

I've just pushed the mod_rewrite changes that were left. Libravatar should
now delegate to other servers whenever the "domain=example.com" parameter is
added to the URL params.

Also the "default=http://example.com/nobody.jpg"; parameter is now also
supported by the sample Apache file... and there is a hidden easter egg ;)
