[Bug 1390013] Re: The new lightdm-gtk-greeter no longer displays the hostname

Thanks for the information, after the change, it looks good again.

In the head of 'lightdm-gtk-greeter-ubuntu.conf' and 'lightdm-gtk-greeter-ubuntu-mate.conf' Unfortunately, there are the values obsolete available:
# show-clock (true or false)

The new lightdm-gtk-greeter no longer displays the hostname

  New

Bug description:
Since the update of lightdm-gtk-greeter to version 1.9.0-0ubuntu1~trusty1 the hostname is no longer displayed in the left side of the panel. It is also no longer possible to see the clock, for example, Configuration in '/etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter-ubuntu-mate.conf':

  show-clock=true
  clock-format=%a, %d.%m.%Y %H:%M
  --
