I think that would work for some projects, but not others.  In
particular, one of the things we've been working towards in the
graphics group is getting more of the group involved in more of the
work so we can have a much more "whoever is available" approach to our
projects.  Also, what about work being done by assignees from
non-members and direct employees of Linaro that have no TSC
representation?
