 I also feel the lack of TSC <-> techleads interactions is bad; I like
 the TSC to feel like they can talk to techleads at any time, I'd like
 the TSC to know the techleads well, I'd like techleads to be able to
 ask questions to the TSC when requirements aren't clear etc.
