Public bug reported:

GLX video Output(XCB) Works for VLC and Does not Crash My Desktop. But
Movie Player, Openshot and Other Programs will freeze my desktop when I
play any video form. The Mouse can Still move but my Keyboard becomes
inactive making using a terminal impossible any ideas why ?.
