[Bug 892053] [NEW] Horizontal scrollbar behaviour is unconventional

Public bug reported:

Moving along the timeline with the scrollbar feels unfamiliar and awkward.
The scrollbar should:
1) do small steps when the end arrows of the scrollbar are clicked
2) do large steps when any other part of the scrollbar is clicked.

Compare scrollbars with browsers such as firefox and chromium.
For (2) the size of the jump appears to be 1/2 the slider (chromium) and 1 slider (firefox)

Perhaps someone with more knowledge about this could clarify how large
the jumps should be.

openshot 1.4.0-1 from PPA on 10.04 LTS lucid.

** Affects: openshot
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
