  Summon window no longer appears on the monitor where the mouse is

Bug description:
  Before 0.7.95, when Do was summoned with multi-monitors, it appeared
  on the monitor where the mouse currently was.

  since 0.7.95 the summon window only appears on the monitor specified in GConf. 
  While this makes sense for Docky, it makes it harder to use other themes.

  Could themes have the option to be stuck on one monitor or appear on
  the monitor where the mouse is?
