[Bug 1081730] [NEW] Using two CT-3650 with mythtv gives corrupt video

Public bug reported:

I would like some help with determining the cause.

I have already tried the 3 AlphaCrypt CI CAMs I have in a standalone TV.
There they work. Individually connected the CT-3650 tuners work (with an
AlphaCrypt inserted). But when I try to use them both I get strongly
distorted video with lots of missing image blocks, and constant audio
glitches. EIT scanning still seems to work.

Any hints how to determine bandwidth issues, CAM setup problems, driver
issues, etc. would be helpful. I have an umm.. intermediate level
understanding of C. So I can do some simple kernel module hacking given
some hints what to look for.
