[Bug 1119241] [NEW] When changing speed, the start position of a clip should be in the same place

Public bug reported:

When I change speed of a clip that starts not from 0:00, it's start
position changes because of scale factor. This is very inconvenient and
requires re-adjusting of clips when you change speed.

This also makes almost impossible to do things like

* cut a clip in 3 pieces
* speed up the middle piece

Please, make so that after speed is adjusted, the clip cutting positions
remain the same.

OpenShot 1.4.0, Ubuntu 12.04LTS
