[Bug 507500] [NEW] Configuration option to set minimum segment-size
Public bug reported:
Especially in 100Mbit or 1GBit LANs its very annoying to start the segmented downlading with segments below 100MB or something and then have to wait for a slot again...
I would like to see a configuration option to set the start-segment-size and perhaps the minimum segment-size.
