Public bug reported:

if i start dc++ , having set a url of my dyndns account rather than my
ip address in the connectivity settings, and my ip changes after dc++ is
running and dyndns has updated the url to point to my new ip address ,
dc++ will still hold the old ip address and stop being able to establish
connections
