[Bug 1007103] Re: Downloads finished in a new session are displayed via pop-up message but aren't listed under Grouped by files in the Finished Downloads tab

** Description changed:

- When a download is continued and is finished in different session of the
- client, it won't be listed in the default location of finished files
- which should be Grouped by files in the Finished Downloads tab in my
- opinion.
+ When a download is resumed in a different session than it was started
+ even if it has finished downloading, it won't be listed in the default
+ location of finished files which should be Grouped by files in the
+ Finished Downloads tab in my opinion.

I would prefer to have such files listed there with a 100% transferred
ratio regardless of some part of was finished in an earlier session. I
think this way it would be in sync with the pop-up message, and probably
  others would like that too.

I hope you agree with me regarding this.
