[Bug 1265204] [NEW] DC++ has encountered a problem and needs to close

Public bug reported:

For a long time now I get this message “DC++ has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.” Sometimes I
come back later after starting it up and it will just be gone, closed.
This happens randomly, sometimes immediately, sometimes hours, sometimes
a day after restarting it. I have been saving the error .txt messages
from the user temp folder. I have installed older versions, re-installed
various versions. Cleared out any and all temp files and items relating
to DC++ in the registry. Purchased another better, faster computer, re-
installed clean version of XP pro and DC++ and still get this. Otherwise
it works perfectly while it is running.
