Both the jQuery Foundation and the Django Foundation (see the links on the
CC page) use similar guidelines for incident response. Both of them involve
a committee of three, which seems to make sense to me. I think it may be a
bit early in our little org's existence to have enough people to do this,
but that's a goal to look forward to, I think.
In any case, unless there are any dissenting opinions, my goal will be to
include and reference the CC once we get the new wiki rebooted.
