Hi David,

Please, don't be sorry at all. It is okay and I totally understand that. I
respect your words and decision no matter what :)

I ... just have an idea in mind. Why any Team/Project should have only one
driver? okay, to be specific, why not this Brainstorming Team have more
than 'one' driver or team leader or whatever you would like to call or name
it?

After all, the whole point to have such department or sub-team is to do a
brainstorming and because:

Then, I see no point why not more than one members could step in? :)

Or at least, share the leadership.

You will be amazed when you team up with one person and work on the same
thing/task together. But, you will be dazzled if you will work with more
than one. Imagine, if you have a community or group of 10 or more, what
could happen?

It is all about Quality, not Quantity ;)

Xubuntu Team is very small but super and highly organized. Lubuntu
Sub-Teams have so many members (Lubuntu QA for example) but when you really
need people to test, well, you know.

I shall never turn my back to anyone nor Lubuntu so I will be around but
will not be involved in any action :)

If no one will step in, I guess I have no other choice but to remain as a
technical guard/admin for the team but again, shall not be involved in any
action.

It is just not ethical to leave without a replacement. Owners of the
Launchpad Team have full access to do the technical side of maintaining the
team o Launchpad beside their work/tasks.

I am confused, obviously. I hate to leave but I must.

You guys think loudly and let me what do you think? I know you wish that I
could stay but I am sure you will respect and understand what I have
explained.

Think about my proposal to share the leadership and let me know ;)
