Let's chat :)
Hello Team,
This is not really an off-topic email but let's chat about some topics that
I find interesting but not sure if you would like that or not :) let's say,
this is a brainstorming session but it is not about any task related to
Lubuntu, just to share some ideas.
A - If you have a Software Company (you are the CEO or the boss) what
departments would you establish? given the fact that your budget is limited
and you can set up to 5 departments only!
B - In your opinion, what is the most important part of any software
project? sort as per the importance (1 the most important):
- Project Management
- Programming/Development
- Documentation
- Marketing
- Technical Support
- Testing
C - You have a project and you have 3 drivers. One is Technical Oriented
with purely Technical Background. One is Marketing/Sales Oriented. One is
Consumer/Client Oriented. In your opinion, among those 3 people, who is the
best driver to lead the project?
D- Major Changes (direction), Motivation, Changing Staff, stepping
down/resign or do nothing. In your opinion, what is the best strategy to
solve problems/big problems or issues in any organization, community,
project, etc?
Let's have fun :)
