Re: IRC and Help

 

I'm in #ubuntu quite a lot (remember to say yo yo yo to your friendly
parsnip :D) and I do enforce the rules but am not an op. If people
tell others to obey the rules / use !ops if they are not compliant
then it helps keep things smoother.
