This description is more for the lubuntu-desktop metapackage, in
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MetaPackages#Ubuntu System
Metapackages . No need to mention why lubuntu-desktop is build with
depends. This page is for beginners, they don't need to know about
--no-install-recommends. Also the mention that it can be safely removed
is true for all metapackage, no need to add it.

Finally, lxde metapackage should have another description, close to the
xfce one.
