I am using Lubuntu desktop on a dell mini 9 that has bluetooth. I have
installed blueman (which I remember isnatlled most or all of the bluez
stuff) and the bluetooth. It works..but if you turn it off the adapter goes
away. I see the BT manager in preferences, click on it and bluez daemon
failed to start error.

Only way to turn it back on is to reboot and click the icon thats off as
soon as it boots into your user and hit Turn on Bluetooth.

Is there a fix for this?
