Unfortunately, it's currently not easy to customize default settings of
Chromium on Ubuntu / Lubuntu. Shipping specific settings is quite
impossible, so we are blocked also for the artwork theme :(
However, you should add a link to the Artwork page to add this
modification, as it's quite easy to do it by your own, even for beginner.
