I just did a test with Lubuntu 20120413 i386 after encountering a problem with Ubuntu 20120413 earlier today. We looked good. Even Ubuntu is OK if you start from the hidden boot menu.

My only concern ATM is that we don't say to reboot after kernel upgrades and such, but this is kind of a continuation of my earlier complaint about update notifications.

Not really sure I'd call that a bug though. I need to install an Lubuntu Oneiric very soon to prepare for upgrade testing and I'll compare behavior then.

Tested the 20120412 yesterday's daily precise-desktop-amd64 on Ubuntu, 
Xubuntu and Lubuntu on Live Flash Drives yesterday and completed all 
three entire disk installs with no bugs.  So I marked the Ubiquity Bug 
#978554 invalid now as it appears to be fixed in the new spins.  I will 
take a little break and start back on the 23rd and hit the Lubuntu amd64
 testing again might throw in Xubuntu amd64 testing if I have time.
