Hi Jonathan,

I took this thread over to 'qa' as it reduces the chatter on the main line
email channel & that you devs are actually subscribed. If you guys want
more bugs raising, about the seemingly conflicting conf files, it can be
done. If you guys find the time to 'tidy' things up - great... else it just
needs documenting as to which .conf files are used by what.
