Hi Jonathan,

it was the devs who turned down a dev mailing list :P  As the qa team are
here to help with any 'background stuff' and test ppa's etc. It is low
enough level of traffic to be able to handle such traffic?

@ Julien do you wish to have a seperate dev emailing list?
