I know this is probably a lame question but are we doing a "final Beta" / aka; Beta 2 ?

The release schedule shows a final Beta this Thursday:

But things are messed up on on the Cadence schedule:

I can see that the QA Tracker has frozen some images:

That leads me to believe that we'll have an actual test cycle but I'm not sure what to expect.
