Re: Belated workaround notes. Old video cards on X86 and iMac G3
Hi all, I just want to thank Str8bs for sharing that last
nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf.
I have the IMac G3 333 Mhz tray loading it is one of the first ones.
I updated the ram to 256mb and the Hdd to 80 gig. any ways after
months of reading and testing the final thing I was doing wrong was
not saving the xorg script correctly. I just need it to do the (ctrl o
enter and then ctrl x. After logging out of lightdm and logging back
in, It was great to see Lubuntu come alive. I will put together some
screen shots and post them. thank you Jose
