Re: zRAM for the Alternate Install?
Hi Jackson,
I suggest that you test the desktop installer in one of your old
machines at 256 MB RAM with and without swap to disk (prepared before
the installer is started).
It is valuable to have several test results to find good and bad
properties of zRAM, and to have more data for the new recommended
minimum RAM size.

I just managed to finish the installation at 256 MB RAM from a
'grub-n-iso' USB drive into a Pentium M computer without the PAE flag.
