The package still needs some love while I get familiar with the
packaging process. However it should already be fine to test opensnaps
functionality.

    add-apt-repository ppa:lawl/opensnap
    apt-get update && apt-get install opensnap

PS: This package differs from the git version in that by default it
searches for its config in /etc/opensnap and not ~/.config/opensnap
