If you read the Wiki Page carefully, you will find the answers that you are
looking for.

Again, we do believe in ourselves. We have special skills. We do love
Lubuntu. Therefore, this team will never fail. Myself and Phill are the
supporting this team with all our power. More will join. Sit and watch, I'm
very much confident of what I'm stating here ;)

And above all, because, all of us are smarter than one of us, this sub-team
will NOT fail and Lubuntu will go to the next level. Time will tell - we
are not in hurry :)
