Re: [PPC] Request to test
Hi James,
I have asked people to hold back, so that the new ISO can be made.
Why?
Well, it needs to be put on a diet so that it fits onto a CD, It also needs
the latest kernel etc, Thursday was a busy day, as we had to issue the
alpha 2. Friday will hopefully be a bit quieter and I can ask the release
team to have a look and get the ISO's back down to CD size.
It has been a long day, so I do apologise if my earlier comments were sharp
and abrupt. I do care about PPC, and share their frustration when something
goes from "It's got bugs, but we can work around that" to "It's totally
broken".
Regards,
Phill.
