Jackson,

Thank you for being a volunteer.

If you are willing to take the role, all I have to say is that you (and any
other volunteers) will have the support of the community.

If you're not able to work both on Release and QA/testing, well, one of the
first assignments of the Team Leader would be to find a good person to deal
specifically with QA.

I may be wrong, but I believe we could have (if there're volunteers)
different persons managing Release and QA. So each one would be doing the
best on their expertise, working always as a team. Just an idea...
