What about when it plugged in?  Does "last full capacity" hold steady
day or decline over the day(s) ?

Mine's now down today from yesterday.

  Battery 0: design capacity 5513 mAh, last full capacity 4984 mAh = 90%

That is an excertp from "acpi -V"
