Re-Writing 2 HOWTOs for Lubuntu on the Wiki

Hi everyone,

This is for your information and to keep you in the loop of what I'm up to.

I just created this page which should not be public, it's a draft for me to
re-write these two HOWTOs mentioned on the above link and once done, I will
do the needful and make it live. This is the best way to not edit the live
page while everyone may see and need it and also work in peace and focus.

I will let you know once I'm done.
