I've just commited a new module in extra-addons repo called
nan_external_prices which handles this properly in a generic way. The module
simply adds some fields so that modules like magentoerpconnect can use to fill
in Magento's calculated values. Those orders and invoices will use Magento's
values instead of default OpenERP calculations so there are no differences in
amounts between both applications.

I've tested this with magentoerpconnect but have not yet pushed those changes
to our branch. That should happen in the next few days, in case somebody is
interested.
