My original feature request is that I as an admin want to users to a
certain group since I know they belong to that group. But I am not able
to do it. Should I send a message to do it, may be.

Regarding my previous comment on number of group that users can belong
is my misunderstanding, I realised. Please ignore it.

  Wishlist: Currently admin is not able to change and edit  a group's category.
  I think this function is useful to have.
  I was trying to assign categories to groups, I could not able to find it.
