It seems like files are being uploaded and only in the last minute the
upload is aborted and a message given that files can't be uploaded into
submitted folders. It would be better if the check was made earlier so
that a user doesn't have to wait, esp. when wanting to upload large
files, only to get the "Can't upload" error message.
