-  - that form also does password reset, IIRC. Would still need to handle that. Maybe that form would _just_ do the password reset, then users would be checked for other required fields and redirected to profile if necessary.
-  - if a field not on the first profile tab was required, we'd probably want to show that tab first, or somehow highlight tabs with required form elements on them.
