Just the hover over link, clicking on it still does the right JS. But
opening in new tab/window will not work.

Example group link /artefact/file/groupfiles.php?group=1&folder=5
(should just have &, not &)

Example institution link
/artefact/file/institutionfiles.php?institution=fg&folder=8
