To reproduce, edit a group, for Start date and End date, uncheck "Not
specified", then set the end date to before the start date. Click save
group, you then get an error "The end date must be after the start
date.", and the two date fields are greyed out again. (but with the same
values you entered). They should not be greyed out, as the user had
unchecked that box.
