Hi Aaron,
1. I am using Mahara 1.8
2. I believe I'm using Postgres
3. Yes, this is the hyperlink and below is a screenshot of the error

5. Go get the error message I went to any one of my pages, I clicked "Edit
this page", and then I clicked the "Layout" tab and the error message
appeared. This happened on every page I tried it on.

  edit layout option doesn't work

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Every time I try editing the layout to add columns or rows, I get an
  error message pops up saying "Mahara: Site Unavailable"
