I am accessing Mahara through this link  http://master.dev.mahara.org/ so
it isn't the way I normally log into my ePortolio.

  edit layout option doesn't work

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Every time I try editing the layout to add columns or rows, I get an
  error message pops up saying "Mahara: Site Unavailable"
